Lang AG places order for Epson’s brightest ever installation laser projector
16 September 2016 – Epson has announced a deal with Lang AG, the German AV hire company, to supply 25 units of the new EB-L25000U - currently the brightest 3LCD projector on the market. This comes on top of Epson’s June 2016 deal with Lang AG to supply L-Series projectors, worth around three million euros.
Neil Colquhoun, Executive Director, Professional Displays, says, “We’re delighted that Lang AG has chosen the EB-L25000U. As our brand new flagship installation model, it’s incredibly significant to us that it has passed Lang’s very strict evaluation process. We’re hoping that the brightness, durability and versatility of this 3LCD laser projector will allow Lang AG’s customers even greater flexibility to create stunning visual installations.”
Tobias Lang, CEO of Lang AG, adds, “Due to our positive experience with Epson’s EB-L1000 Series, we are looking forward to the upcoming expansion of our product portfolio with the EB-L25000U. This 25,000 ANSI lumen high-performance laser projector opens new and more flexible opportunities for our customers in the installation and events market. We value the strategic nature of the relationship with Epson, as well as the continuous communication.”
The EB-L25000U is not only the brightest 3LCD laser projector on the market, it’s also smaller and lighter than competing products. Plus thanks to 360° rotation, it offers incredibly flexible mounting. A sealed optical unit and inorganic phosphor wheel mean that the EB-L25000U provides 20,000 hours of reliable, maintenance-free use, even coping with very smoky environments, such as concert halls and theatres.
