Epson offers Network Projection for iOS app

Download enables wireless projections from iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch

Epson, the world’s leading projector manufacturer¹, reveals it is offering a free of charge application via the Apple App Store to bring wireless projections to iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch users. This is good news for anyone wanting to project without fuss from these devices – they are used in the corporate environment where design-related workers might want to present on the move, or the education environment, which is beginning to employ Apple devices in the classroom, for both students and teachers.

Compatible with most of Epson’s existing and all new projectors, this app supports all main file formats, so users can present Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and PDF files. Share photos in both JPEG and PNG format for truly engaging and graphical presentations or classroom lessons.

Alongside its accessibility, the app is also incredibly easy to use, benefitting from an embedded remote control feature to drive the presentation or lesson directly from the iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch. The remote also offers a quick and easy search for any available projectors. Its intuitive controls permit volume adjustment, control of the mute function and the option to freeze the display.

The Network Projection for iOS app is available from 1st December from Apple’s App Store for free download.
