Epson expands its Signature Worthy range

Epson Signature Worthy Media now includes Hot and Cold Press papers, as well as Traditional Photo Paper, Premium Canvas and Water Resistant Matte Canvas in roll formats.

Due to its growing popularity, Epson is expanding its Signature Worthy™ range of professional media for photographers and fine artists by offering a selection of roll-based products. To make continuous print more convenient when using Hot Press and Cold Press papers as well as Premium Canvas and Water Resistant Matte Canvas, Epson is now offering these medias in rolls of 17-inch, 24-inch, 44-inch, and 60-inch widths. In addition, Traditional Photo Paper is now available in roll-format of 17-inch, 44-inch and 64-inch widths.

Designed in collaboration with the world’s leading creative professionals, each Signature Worthy product has been developed and tested to the highest level to work in concert with Epson’s industry-leading professional printers and inks. All Signature Worthy media offer advanced capabilities and enable photographers and artists to achieve images with richer blacks, wider colour gamuts and smoother tonal transitions. All Signature Worthy media is ideal for use as part of the Epson Digigraphie certification programme.

Hot Press/Cold Press Bright and Natural: Both produced from 100% cotton using traditional mould techniques, to deliver a more natural texture and stable dimension for mounting. Hot Press papers offer a smooth surface and Cold Press papers feature a textured surface. Both options are available in either Bright or Natural, with Bright offering a bright whitepoint, while the Natural produces a warm whitepoint.

Velvet Fine Art Paper: Bright-white, 100 percent cotton rag fine art paper with a velvet surface for a distinctive museum-quality feel, along with an extremely high black density.

Traditional Photo Paper: Delivers highly saturated prints by offering maximum ink coverage and a high D-Max for true photographic reproductions; features the same Lustre surface of traditional silver halide Barita prints.

Premium Canvas Satin: A Poly/Cotton blend with a glossy surface, this unique heavyweight canvas utilises a tight 2-1 weave, ideal for photographic and fine art reproductions.
